Terms of Sale
Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with order. No work will proceed until payment is received. No Refunds are given on any design orders once design has been complete.
Before placing any design order, please understand that you're paying Hawk GFX Graphic Design Team to make an attempt to create a design for you, based on your Ideas and Instructions. Understand Hawk GFX makes No Guarantee that you the customer will be satisfied with the finished design.  Hawk GFX Graphic Design Team will put full effort into each design, our goal is to grant each customer with a successful design, the customer will be pleased with.  But in some rare cases

less than 10% the customer still may not be pleased even after requested updates.

Rush Turnaround
To qualify for rush turnaround, customer must pay Hawk GFX Rush Fee (Fee Varies) and the Regular Design Fee your order must be placed, all files uploaded, and all files approved by 1pm Central Standard Time. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or after 1pm Friday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed before the deadline will be processed the next business day.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no information or files have been sent, and the refund is requested the same business day.

File Requirements
JPEG, BMP, PNG, PDF, TIFF, PSD
Note: High Resolution files are required for design, if Low Resolution files are provided no design work can not be completed.

Turnaround Times
We start counting the turnaround time once Hawk GFX has received all information needed for job and payment. Orders sent to press after 3pm Central Standard Time will begin counting turnaround time the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround.

Hawk GFX Tag

In the event a customer choose to allow Hawk GFX to create a graphic design, He/She must understand Hawk GFX holds the right to advertise with a small promotion tag somewhere on the design. Hawk GFX Tag will be small writing in a convenient location that will not takeaway from the customer design nor will the Hawk GFX tag overshadow the customer design.  If the customer request not to have the Hawk GFX Tag present on they design, He/She must pay an additional $20 Tag Removal Fee.

 

Delivery
Hawk GFX assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

Sales Tax
All orders are subject to sales tax. If customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate must be sent or emailed to us.
